Captured brumbies can be trained as stock horses or saddle horses. 

 

Diet

The Brumby feeds on grass as it is a herbivore and does not eat meat.

 

Predators

The main predators of a brumby are humans because they are killed as they destroy the land. This also maintains their population. 

 

Distribution and Abundance

The brumby originates from the Northern Territory and has vastly spread.
